| Do I need to be coordinated or have previous dance experience?
Not at all! Our classes are structured so that everyone feels comfortable and at ease. You'll be able to move around the pole and perform tricks after the first class! This is a form of fitness which should be approached with a tongue in cheek attitude and an open mind. We want you to have fun and feel good about yourself while getting in shape. |
| Do I need to have a certain level of fitness to participate?

I have never taken a dance class and feel nervous!
This is perfectly normal but you will soon get over it and become a pole dancing junky. At the first class you will already feel very comfortable. All classes are held privately and exclusively for women. Our pole-workout classes are for women of every age and every size and are all about having FUN! |
What do I wear?
We suggest a comfortable sporty top and a pair of gym shorts to work up a sweat in. Bare legs are pretty essential if you want to grip on to the pole. Long trousers or leggings are fine if anyone is uncomfortable baring their legs or any other parts of their body, so loose trousers & T-shirt work well too.
Please don't apply any lotions and oils the day of your class, so you don't slip on the pole. Bring high-heeled shoes you can dance in, a pair of socks, a big male shirt and plenty of water. There is NO nudity in class. - The focus is definitely on having fun and no-one is made to feel uncomfortable. |

| Do I have to take my clothes off?
There is NO nudity in class. Women will wear layers when learning our striptease routine and strip down to a tank top and shorts. Stripping is optional and students can skip this portion completely if they prefer to learn only pole-dancing. |
Is there an age restriction?
Yes, you must be 18 or over. |
| I have no dance experience. Can I still take the class?
Our pole-workout classes are about having fun and feeling sexy while getting in shape. No prior dance experience is necessary. With the right technique it doesn't take a lot of strength to spin around a pole. Our workout involves upper body and abdominal exercises such as push ups and sit ups. |
Will I be in a course with professional strippers and exotic dancers?
Absolutely not! Our teachers are dance instructors and not professional dancers or strippers. |
